Gather at T-Bar restaurant in Wellington from 11 a.m. on to visit and reminisce, followed by a banquet at Fort Collins Country Club, 6 p.m. Happy hour followed by dinner. Aug. 15-17, Seventh Annual Rocky Mountain Quilt Festival, The Ranch, Larimer County Fairgrounds, 5280 Arena Circle in Loveland. Laura Wasilowski from Artfabrik and Renae Haddadin will headline the lineup of education at this popular event, which includes vendors, classes, beautiful quilt art displays. Hundreds of quilts will be displayed, including the 2014 Hoffman/Sulky Fabric Challenge. Be among the first in the U.S. to see the entire collection.   1. Nov 17, Fort Collins Group – Colorado Mountain Club, New/Prospective Member Meeting, 7-8:30 Harmony Library (Shields/Harmony). The meeting is for new Colorado Mountain Club members and people thinking of joining CMC. A presentation will be given which discusses the wide variety of activities and opportunities available to FC CMC Members. It will also cover how the local and state web sites can enhance membership. New members and people considering joining are encouraged to attend.
